We aim to provide a professional, transparent service at every step. If something falls short of that, we want to know — a complaint is a genuine opportunity for us to put things right and improve how we work.

Please include as much detail as possible — what happened, when, and what outcome you're seeking — so we can investigate and respond as efficiently as possible.
We'll acknowledge your complaint promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as we reasonably can. Most complaints are resolved well within statutory timeframes; more complex matters may take longer, in which case we'll keep you updated on progress and expected timing.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), a free and independent external dispute resolution service:
